Returns & Refunds

We take boundless care of the quality of our products and are committed to an excellent client experience. If you have any questions or concerns about our exchange, return and refund process, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@mirna-jawhari.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We count on you to return the item(s) in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your own charge.


You can request an exchange for any item purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, you can log into your account or fill out the Return & Exchange Form 
here. You will need the order number found in your order confirmation email.

Our dedicated Customer Care team will be happy to assist you with the process and provide you with the return shipping label and the necessary instructions. You can always reach them at customercare@mirna-jawhari.com.


Online Returns


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept Exchange, returns and refunds on Couture, Bridal wear and sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@mirna-jawhari.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your exchange or return request. If the new item costs less than the original item, we will issue a refund and process the new item as a new order. If the new item costs more than the original item, a new charge will be applied for the difference. Our client service team will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding with the exchange.


In-Boutique Returns

If you prefer to exchange the item(s) in person, our dedicated Fashion Advisors will be happy to assist you. We invite you to visit one of our 
stores. Make sure to bring your return in its original packaging with a printed version of the airway bill and the sale invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. We do not accept Exchange, returns and refunds on Couture, Bridal wear and sale items.


Refunds

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your acquisition, you can initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date. To do so, please fill out the Return Form 
here. You will need the order number found in your order confirmation email. Once your request is approved, we will notify by email with instructions on how to return your item(s).

All items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for a return. We do not accept Exchange, returns and refunds on Couture, Bridal wear and sale items.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item(s) and will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that the returned amount usually takes up to 15 working days to appear in your statement. Shipping and related handling fees such as duties are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
